Guest lunch $35.00
Membership cost $10.00 for half the year (January 1 to August 31)
If you have not purchased or renewed your membership for the 2025/2026 membership year, our membership cost is just $10.00 for half the year (our membership year runs from September 1 to August 31). Memberships are available at the check-in table at our luncheons. Guest speakers Christine Bednarek and Elizabeth Graves – these guest speakers are certified Older Adult fitness instructors with additional balance and falls prevention training. They will lead us in a discussion about the fall prevention program called “Move N Mingle Fall Risk Management”. This program focuses on helping individuals remain independent and reducing the risk of falling. Christine brings many years of experience working in the fitness industry, and a passion for helping seniors remain independent, through active aging. And Liz brings energy, expertise, and a deep commitment to empowering seniors to live their best lives.
