C. Mobility Maintenance Relief:
I. District Foreman (03950 – F6)/District 1 Foreman (03948 – F6)
Relief shall be assigned to the top ranked employee, from the applicable relief list, within their assigned Depot/Site.
If no relief Foreman is available within the same Depot, the assignment shall be filled by the top ranked relief Foreman, in the other Depot within the same District, where applicable.
If no relief Foreman is available within the District, the assignment shall be filled by the top ranked relief Foreman across Maintenance.
When a Foreman relief is thirty-five (35) calendar days and over within Maintenance, relief shall be filled with the highest ranked eligible employee.

Memorandum of Agreement 2022
GREAT NEWS!
The Local’s Executive has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the City of Calgary.
A ratification vote will take place at the CUPE 37 Union Hall, 5112 – 3rd Street S.E. on Wednesday, July 6th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. Voting must be in-person for ratification.
Notice of Motions at General Membership June 28, 2022
There are two (2) Notice of Motions that require approval from the general membership. One Notice of Motion deals with affiliation to CUPE Alberta and to Alberta Federation of Labour (AFL). The other Notion of Motion is regarding the additional duties of a privacy officer to the Recording Secretary position.
Parks Canada Passes
The Local has 3 annual Parks Canada Discovery Passes for use by our members on a one (1) week basis. Please come to the office Monday – Thursday to sign out a pass.
